How long will it take do have my windshield replaced?
Usually it takes about 2-2½ hours from the time we start. There is usually up to 1½ hour for the removal of your old windshield and for the replacing with the new windshield. The additional hour is for the curing of the sealants and adhesives used to install the windshield. We will not allow a vehicle to leave until proper curing time is assured.
Can your work be performed at a parking garage or at my office?
Yes, providing adequate work area is available to insure proper installation of the window. We proudly serve Issaquah, Sammamish, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, Kirkland, North Bend, Fall City, Snoqualmie and Renton.
Will my insurance rates increase if I get my windshield replaced?
Generally no. Most insurance companies see windshield claims as a not at fault claim, because anyone can pick up a rock chip on the highway. It is always best to check with your individual carrier.
Do you work with my insurance provider?
Yes, we are a preferred provider for all major insurance providers. We will bill your insurance company for you. Auto glass repairs and replacements are categorized under your comprehensive coverage. Depending on your coverage there could be a deductible involved.
